Become a Buurtzorg Community Nurse

We are working in collaboration with Granta Medical Practices, Buurtzorg and Public World to pioneer a Buurtzorg style self-managed community nursing team in the village of Linton, South Cambridgeshire.

If you are an experienced community nurse, have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to have the time to deliver holistic patient care that truly makes a difference, then this could be the job for you.

We are looking for registered nurses who:
– demonstrate professional curiosity and common sense
– are resourceful problems solvers
– are committed and flexible and
– relish a professional challenge

Salary Range: £23,023 – £36,644 (depending on experience)
